Jeff is a Manager with Blue Benefits Consulting, Inc.  From the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries he has earned the following professional credentials:  Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator.  Jeff is also a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics.

With over 25 years of experience in the qualified retirement plan industry, Jeff’s experience includes complex compliance testing, employer contribution calculations, DOL annual returns, trust accounting, asset reconciliation, and plan design for plan types including, 401(k),a profit sharing, 403(b), defined benefit and ESOP plans.
